7-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless defective).

How to Request a Refund:

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
The replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 days. And if the refund is approved, the amount be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
